I had a wonderful weekend CW relic hunt in Virginia. I spent the first morning finding a few bullets here and there, but on my way back to the truck for lunch I found several bullets in the edge of a dump site. There was trash everywhere on top of the ground and even more underground.

I decided at lunch to add some discrimination and dive on in. The first good signal dug was a beautiful US boxplate and hour later a US belt. I spent the rest of my weekend in the trash and ended up with the two plates and 72 bullets. I will never shy away from trashy spots again.

Amazing hunt!

you make me sick ! lol congrats on some nice finds I have yet to tag a plate . The trashy spots seem to always hide some goodies in them. You did very well ,maybe we can hunt some relics together one day.

Sweet targets coming out I found an old farm dump. I love it when I come across a trash pile. Some really interesting items coming to the surface for the first time in years.
Congrats on a really nice hunt.

Awesome plate
