This is by David Andersen, established in Christiania, Norway in 1876. Christiania/Kristiania was renamed to 'Oslo' in 1925.

As a rough guide only, here's one in .830 silver (but gilded) in a similar style:



I would think the asking price for yours would be £90-100 (say around $120) but a seller would likely accept a lower offer.
