It looks like NA102 in Albert's Button book. I may be wrong but the D.Evans & co./ Attleboro is one of the earlier backmarks dating around 1850.

Narrow time-dating info for you, about your button:
1- The button-making firm of D. Evans & Co. was founded in 1848.
2- Your US Navy button shows an eagle perched on the top of a VERTICAL anchor. In 1852, the emblem was changed, to show the anchor laying horizontally.

Therefore, your button can only have been manufactured between 1848 and 1851.
