Heel tap thing and something that looks like a spoon

Is this a bottom of an old boot? Like a heel piece? And no clue what the other thing is (think it's copper) or the two small buttons.

Could the "spoon" thing be a horse blinder?

Top right item is off the top of an umberlla or parasol.
