Dairy Queen Canadian

Stopped by a DQ this last few weeks and every time I go there i've gotten either a candian cent or quarter each visit. It located in Maquoketa, Iowa. Any ideas how this is happening? It's odd because if you would think that maybe someone used some canadian rolls, but this much is really odd?

Some one is getting ride of their change left over from a trip to Ottawa or Toronto because their bank will not take the coins in exchange.
