✅ SOLVED Dating UK gold ring

Tried to date the ring but no luck(it doesn't look old), cant make out if its 1967,1917 or 1867... . I think the shield look like 1867
9k Birmingham gold ring.

That (S) within a round looking cartouche leaves me thinking the Birmingham date mark of 1867 also. But I would have thought the gold purity mark would be an older 9ct then a .375 mark used ?
