Daughter's first hunt

She's only 4 but she asked to go with. We went to a friend's family farm on a creek. I don't think she did to bad and she said she had fun and wants to go again.
I bet she walked two mile before she got tired. She picked up about ten flakes always asking how about this one Daddy. I thought one was a point until she picked it up.

Great pics. There's nothing more rewarding than spending the day with your kids, especially when it's out hunting pointy rocks. My son and daughter both found their first points when they were 4 years old. My son is 12 now and has a pretty substantial collection. My daughter is 6 and named after the Madison point. We don't find them here, but I have been acquiring them, and she now has a decent frame full of Madison points.

Love seeing the future of our hobby, thanks for sharing. Looks like she has an eye for it!

Thanks guys I just can't belive the energy they have. I thought we would be out 5 minutes 10 tops then home for a nap.
It was more like 2 hours then a bike ride when we got home.

Wow, she did good! Is that Knupps? I can't really tell. I'm looking forward to it being plowed. I was out on the road portion a couple weeks ago and found a big broken Raddatz side notch. We should take the detectors with-

that is awesome, my daughter is 20 months now we went when she was 3 months and she started crying so on the way out we found a perfect stilwell together.
i bet you cant wait for the day she pics one up her self.
my daughter says arrowhead and axe(mom hates it), lol
