The 8mm round is marked GFL, maybe a round designed to fire blanks from a pistol? A strange iron ring was found on a field, maybe to hold chains/ropes for a plough? and a button or stud of some kind. More detail may help ID it better, may even be marked somewhere that could be seen once the rust is off of it.
