Hello again everyone,

I made it out to that site a couple more times. The second day I found one more Connecticut copper which is a horned bust variety and a small fragile pewter sundial.

The second day I managed to find six more coppers and my first-ever Nova Constellatio!

Best of luck out there everyone!

Cool finds. Any of those coins would make my week. That tiny sundial is pretty cool too. If you haven’t already I would search that place in a different frequency.

Wow killing it

That 18th C - early 19th C Pewter Sun Dial is a toy, but not one many could afford. Nice rare object.

great round two. congrats on the nova

That's an amazing site that just keeps on producing- continued success!

Great coins, and I love that little sun dial! Are you pulling other period relics out of there or mostly just coins?

Steve

Congrats on the old coppers! :occasion14:

Thanks for the comments everyone! My buddy found 10 more coppers today bringing the total to almost 100 combined coins from the site and we believe there's more to be found!

This is incredible! I hope someday when the hunting is all done there you do a true write up. I feel like old sites like this deserve a thorough write up. I always love reading about productive sites. Too bad some of the best forums for writing like that are going away (like the Western and Eastern Treasures print magazine).

Speechless at those coppers, just incredible!

Congrats on that nice Nova you dug Sniffmeister. It's still got plenty of meat on the bone. That last KGII is pretty solid too.

Wow! The coins look great the nova constellatio is amazing!!! The sundial!? I know those are pretty rare and although Cru said it was toy I still think that is a pretty significant find! Congrats on all of them!!!

Congrats again on another great hunt and some amazing coins

Time to pitch a tent and rent a back hoe thats so cool
