Took the Equinox to a house built in 1907. Started slow with a bunch of clad then found my first silver with the Nox which was a 1943 Washington. A little after that I was hitting the curb trip and landed a beauty of a barber dime which is dated 1911. Could I get be happier with these two finds. Also got a buffalo nickel with no date and a few weaties. Two tings of interest were two live rounds. One was a peters 25-20 and a peters 250-3000. I've never seen these before. The Equinox defiantly delivers in park 2. Happy hunting everyone and thanks for the look.

What iron bias was you running ? That's a good variety of finds you have there ... congrats !

I am running iron bias 0. Thanks for the response.

2 beautiful coins. Congrats.

Congratualtions on the old coin finds! :occasion14:

You dug some nice silver there.

Nice finds. I seem to be happy with IB at 1 and recovery 7. Still deep too

Notice how the small cartridge has a rim on the bottom of the case. The 25-20 is made to work in a lever action rifle. The larger case is rimless, which means it was made for a bolt action rifle. Rounds are stacked vertically in the bolt action and the rim would cause problems. Gary

Congrats on some nice coins with the new detector.
