I'm finishing up at the parking lot/colonial field. Still finding a few keepers but the stubble and brush are really wearing me out in this heat. I need a pint... ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1441238357.816011.webpImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1441238368.381346.webp

Enjoy!

Thx wheat! I think I may just do that. I'd better lot off beforehand or I may get in-trouble on T-net;) lol.

Good finds, that's a nice spot ya got, you've hit that place repeatedly and still manage good stuff

Nice finds Steve. Thats a copper flat button, not a Tombac.
Keep swinging.

Psst, George...autocorrect typed " copper " but I know you meant brass.

I check that website often lol. Some really funny ones on there.

Just a warning to those easily offended****** There is crude humor displayed so look at your own risk!

Thanks Steve for the link, got tears rolling down from :laughing7:

Oh ya , nice going on the silvers and button.

Such a great site pepp! Every time I check it I fall over laughing

A couple of silvers makes it a Great day!!

If your finishing up on a property and still pulling silver you must be leaving some for later. Lol

Love the Mercs! and that heat is a Killer..Be Carefull!!

Yep, you're absolutely right DS. That '16 merc was 5" down with a real choppy signal. Makes me wonder what's 6-7-8-10" down. I'm positive there's some goodies hidden. I'm just awaiting a nice week of rain to saturate the ground around here. It's so fargone at this point that one good shot of rain won't help.

Very nice Scrappy. How many silver coins have found in 2015?

Hopefully the rain will show up soon, it is really dry here too.

Best of luck to you!

With ur luck I'm suprised that 1916 didn't have a D on the back...great job

It's my third 1916 this year. I saw the 1916 first, held my breath and turned it over, and slowly cleaned it. Bummer!

Hey, that's why they're worth so much!

Your finds make me want to smash my metal detector against a wall and call it quits. You find more on one of your bad hunts than I do in my best hunts all year!

Don't be like that JD. The beauty of detecting is there's always another day. We just don't read about one another getting skunked brother. It happens to me all of the time. Anyway, come dig with me anytime and let's dig some good sh@+.
