The ground was starting to get quite hard in the schoolyard but really soft in the woods. This particular woods I've never seen it freeze yet, it gets frozen around the tree trunks but that's about it.

Congrats on the wheats and nice, cold silver Mercs. Glad you're still getting out. I think the leaves insulate the ground a lot in the woods.
