Does anyone know the age or any info on this? Most of my finds in the arra were from 1870-1940. I found it by a dump today. Thanks!

I have no ideas, but that is a beautiful relic. Never seen anything like it before! Hope you can eventually get an ID

I have one similar to that (somewhere ). I was told mine was an ashtray.

I'm with DC, it's a trivet. I've actually seen this style before. I'd like to see it cleaned up, looks like crossed shovels on it.

One of these days I am going to put it in an electrolysis machine. Until then, will putting it in lemon juice work?
