Deep dirt diver

I found this early last week. Its my first Deep Dirt Diver! Funny thing is, i can't seem to find it now. I hope i didn't throw it in the trash!



I was very surprised to find paint attached.

Anyhow, it was pretty deep (maybe 11 inches) and rang up with a high tone.

I also picked up the usual trash and clad that day. Happy hunting everyone!

Congratulations Ammoman on another great find! Your figure is a Manoil #65 Deep Sea Diver (variant with 65 on chest,) circa 1934-1953ish. There was a loop atop his helmet, so that a kid could tie a string onto him and lower him into the "depths." Cheers! Sub

Thank you for the info. Since i found the toy at a house built in the early 50s, it would make sense that this particular figurine was made in the early 50's

FOUND IT! It was in my catch all box. I think my wife put it there when i left it on the kitchen counter! She won't admit it but i have no doubts she was trying to teach me a lesson!
