Wow, my V nickels never look like that!

Bev, I may be wrong, but I think that year was composed of brass, copper or bronze.

Mine come out of the ground so dark you can barely see detail, yours is really nice!

I forgot to mention the v nickel is an 1886

That Nickel is in Great Shape!..Ive yet to find a V yet...Nice stuff!

Nice V nickel!

My V's are ALWAYS toast. Your's is NICE!

Very nice finds Lyle - keep rock'n that T2 - wtg

Thanks guys for the replies so far.

Very cool finds, the keys are really cool

Congrats on that great V-nickel find. Check a price guide- that coin looks like it has a full Liberty- grade F is worth $400!

Great job!

Jeff in Mass

Gotta love the T2 for deepies!

What were your settings?

Congrats on the key date. With over a half billion (V's total) made you'd think more would be found ?

Key date not withstanding, I REALLY like the pair of keys, and the teeny tea cup, old toys are scarce finds. My ratio anyway is many old coins for one old toy.

A great days digs.

Great digs and super detail on the nickel as they are a weak strike to begin with OK. HH, Quindy.

Thanks For the positive comments I was a little surprised To say the least
