Deja Vu All Over Again...

I got our for a couple hours to the new site...still hard swinging but got a few more tidbits. Another Leopoldshall Stassfurt lead seal. This is my third from this area. I also got a decorated heel plate identical to one I dug last year at a site nearby. Got a couple buttons including one marked "Laurilliard Halifax NS". Not sure what this is yet but I'll do some Googling! And of course the requisite junque!

Nice finds romeo, whats the history on the lead seal?. I'd love to find a heal plate like that, looks to be very early. Its hard to believe that your still dealing with frozen ground. I've been hunting for over a month now!. Good luck on the return trip.

Unusual, (for me at least) cut out on the heel. Looks like a lead railroad bale seal ya got there as well. Great stuff dug there!
