It's raining today, so I can't go out with the detector. Major bummer! So I thought I would just post this photo of the sunset we had out here on the desert two days ago. Sometimes it can get freaking scary!

Makes me homesick. Beautiful! :occasion14:

Beautiful colors! Was that taken with a filter or is it natural?

It was natural. No filters or adjustments to the camera settings. Just pointed and shot. We get sunsets like that every year about this time. I have several photos just as awesome taken in past years. Sometimes the sunrise is just as spectacular.

Reminds me of the Arizona Highways magazine cover pages of the sunsets...amazing...

AZ's a wonderful state. Sad I only go in as far as Fedonia these days, but still an interesting place to visit. Our head office is in Mesa and I haven't been to it in maybe 10 years now.
