I just received my DFX today and inside the envelope with the manual was a 'Sales Registration' (peel off about 5x3) but it it is blank, does anyone know what I do with this, was it supposed to be filled in by the dealer? (the outside edge has 'Dealer's Date of Purchase' etc.)
And what do I send White's as proof of purchase for my $200 Holiday Shopper Dollars, a copy of my Sales Receipt?
