DFX Users, I have a question

I have yet to find a silver coin with my DFX. I have however found lots-o-clad coins and 5 wheaties. My question is this......

Does the older silver coins sound the same as the newer clad coins of the same denomination?
(Example = Silver quarter vs. Clad quarter)

keep digging,if you found wheaties silver is also there,it'll show up at 80-82 on your VDI

Silver rings higher than the clad....and the sound is soooooo sweet. It's an unmistakable tone!

Yea, older silver is up there with the clad silver. I've found a lot of them with my DFX. It's a killer on dimes.
