Did Anyone Make It To The Beach Detecting ?

Yea, I wanted to go Detecting at some of the Delaware Beaches This Past Weekend but couldn't make it. To some of you Detectorist that did made it there, " Was there Much Beach Errosion fron "HANNA" ? How was your Detecting Experiance there ?

I hit up 3R's, just south of the IR Inlet. There was a nice cut along the beach... about 3-5feet drop off but there were a lot of people fishing so I couldn't explore like I wanted to. Found about $3.00 in clad and some fishing weights. I hit up Fenwick, no cut on the surf but a few rips I worked unsuccessfully. Went to Ocean City but the beach was surprisingly full of sun bathers.

Overall no real erosion, crowds still exist on weekends. I would like to have worked that cut a little more though at 3R's.
