Did you guys know there is this thing called "Hot Yoga?"

Seriously, people pay good money to exercise in a 100+ room. Morons! I spent two hours midday in West Palm Beach marching up and down the dry sand. Free of charge and I made a little money. Nobody tell the hot yoga people...that is the last thing we need. Brain Dead Hippies trying to metal detect our beaches!

I tried the beach by the Boynton inlet a couple weeks back. Got there after work, around 4:00. Thought I was gonna die in the heat, but I left there with a few trinkets, and probably sweated off a few pounds. Hot yoga - pfffttt.

Hot Yoga continues to baffle me. I love the Psuedo Science behind it. It's like the Bro-science I heard in the gym for so many years. If you get enough people sayings something and PAYING for it, it MUST be good for you, right?

Good grief...

But yes. I'd rather have them exhausting themselves in their heated up rooms (thanks, all you "Green" yoga-types for the carbon footprint increase with the extra energy costs to heat something to 105 in the middle of winter... not that it's winter... just an observation), instead of swinging a coil on the beach. Don't tell them, though, that they're missing out on Vitamin D...

It is times like this when I wish I could like something more then once...sigh...

She said no thanks....The Viking gym works fine...

Training in the boxing gym with albolene and a sauna suit works better than hot yoga...

Nice finds - any day a nail is removed from the beach is a great day!
