If it's a raised ridge, it's probably a die crack but look real close to see if there are any other marks around that area. It could also be a clashed die where the obverse die hits the reverse die without a blank planchet in between causing a transfer of patterns from one die to the next. Sometimes that is what breaks the die(s). Otherwise it would be fairly rare to have two cracked dies on one coin. Value on error coins are all over the place. Modern ones don't seem to have a whole lot of value unless it's a real dramatic error.

now that say that i looked on reverse by the head of eagle i can see what looks like wash neck but very faint but lines up exactly as on obverse, but i am not to sure about that,, and the crack lines are rasied and follow the conture of the neck with a chunk of cud or something at the base of the neck looks like a chiped die ?thank for your help
