Different Eagle Type Cuff Button

My brother found this yesterday where I found the 1780 specticles. The pics are bad so I will describe the best I can. Button is 1/2 rounded. Eagle is facing RIGHT. Left wing is pointing upwards. Right wing is pointing to the side, more or less straight outwards. Olive branch is in talon to the RIGHT, the way the Eagle is facing. There seems to be only 1 arrow in the LEFT talon. The entire backround is little squares which looks like a screen or mesh. Button is 2 piece but does not appear to having any writing or letters on the back, although back is not completely cleaned yet. The shield on the Eagle has NO letter in it. Looks like a flag type shield. SORRY the pics are so bad but, my photographer, (GOLDEN1), is not around at this time. Put a penny in 1 pic for scale. ANY IDEAS? Figured this is Pre- Civil War. Try your photographs on a dark background - red, blue, black. It is almost impossible to tell anything without being able to see the front and the backmarks if they are there.
