Different Looking

Occasionally I will look down and find an arrowhead.
I’m not knowledgeable about them.
The style is different than any of the arrow heads that I have found before.

Is it a drill tip of some sort, or just a goofy looking arrow head?

Is that obsidian?

Yes around here I only typically see obsidian and chert.
My dad has found a limestone arrowhead once.

Obsidian is very plentiful here.
 

I would say drill and an unusual one at that.
 

Yeah its a nice drill. Like they said once a point but good material so they kept evolving it down to nothing. We called the paddle drill. I am sure that is not the correct name though.
