I went to the Low Water Bridge on the Shenandoah River near Front Royal today. This bridge access is used alot for hangouts, swimming, etc. Hadn't been there long when the Ace250 gave me a great signal. I didn't have to dig as I saw this bracelet in the mud on the surface. After I got it home and cleaned it up, I saw it was made of Rocking Horses. It's only 6 inches long, so I'm thinking it was a kids. The clasp was joined when I found it. It has no markings that I can find, but the signal hit the silver mark on the target ID.

Thanks for looking.

DM, way cool! It looks like silver to me. Wish I would find me some jewelry!! I bet Diggingirl has lay claim to that! ;)

Digginman,

I saw a show a few weeks ago, I think TrueTV, about a body being dumped at the low water bridge. I don't remember the perticulars about the crime (boy or girl), but you may wish to follow up with the police to see if has any bearing on the crime. Very nice find btw..

Hi Ed,

I don't think it's the same low water bridge. I live locally and would have heard something about it. I will check it out, though.

Thanks,
