Digging permission letter

I've been searching for a blueprint to follow in creating some sort of flyer to drop at homes that I have targeted for digging up bottles but haven't been able to find one so I decided to throw this one together myself and it looks good to me. I hope that this may help someone in there own efforts. If there is anything that you feel could be added or removed please don't hesitate to drop your opinions.

in some places it may work , thou people may get spacious with some of the terminology . and leaving it better then you found it. may end up to be a matter of opinion. many of the places I look at are vacant lots. some are owned by the town ,or a corporation , with them most of the time it's a no go. but hay , it's worth a try.
