Civilman, the medal is Romanian from the 2nd Baltic war of 1913. I thought it would be related to the area but the date had me puzzeled. I found information about it on the net and read a little about the 2nd baltic war. I did not even know about their history but it is pretty neat to read on. It was quite a thrill to see it pop out of the ground. Thanks for looking and HH.
