Discovery 3300 "forgetfulness"

I really like the 3300 but I really don't like that it forgets your notch settings when you go to pinpoint mode, makes the notching almost worthless in my mind.

I think I want to trade up, but which BH detectors do not forget their notch settings when you go to pinpoint? Also, where can you find used bounty hunters for sale, I don't see them on eBay much.

I use the time ranger & it keeps its settings while using the pinpoint mode . I would post a WTB on the classifieds here on TN & the other detecting websites . HH
