Discriminator detector GCIOI3

There is a detector regularly for sale on EBAY called DISCRIMINATOR DETECTOR GC1013, Has anybody used one? I have seen one similar for sale in KMART I am not sure where they are made probably China or Korea. On one of the other forums someone is asking for help and having trouble with the discrimination on the machine. Has anyone had experience with these machines, are they any good or are they as I suspect Junk! Just Curious Neilo
