Hi all. My friend and I both have the ctx 3030 I can go to the furthest right button on the control
Box and toggle the screen on ( lighted ) and screen dark and then back to lighted. My friends screen will toggle only lighted and not dark. And I can’t seem to fix it. We’re pretty new to the ctx 3030. Any help would be appreciated. TIA.

When something doesn’t seem right do a reset and see if that corrects the trouble, maybe an easy fix.
