Had about 1 1/2 hrs. To hunt after work today. Decided to check out a wooded area near a river up here in Northern N.J. Glad I did! I have only found 2 Barber dimes and never any of the larger denomination.
Got a very good signal and about 6" depth uncovered a beautiful 1909 Barber quarter- always recheck your holes! On the second scan, got a deeper signal and a couple inches down ,there was the 1905 Barber! Very exciting and now I want a half dollar, but I'll take whatever I find! Love the old silver. Nice finds! I'd be more than happy with those finds! Congrats and HH

The 1905 was deeper because it was older LOL I I say two quarters beats a half, nice work. Congratulations those are in nice shape

Beautiful condition!! Your soil must be kind to silver.

The Barber Quarter is a great coin, and it looks like you have a couple of nice ones. Congrats on your first and second.

Very nice find. I have only ever found one Barber quarter, so those two look really sweet me.

Best of luck to you sir.

Thumbs up and jealousy all day from me.... HAHA!!! Nice dig!

Good going on the silvers.

Regards + HH

Two Barber quarters is a great find. Probably better than a half because you have to work twice as much to get two coins! Well maybe.

Now that's the kind of coin spill I'm looking for! Congrats those are great coins.

Barber quarters don't come to often, to get a barber quarter spill. Awesome!!
Congrats!! That silver half will come.

Thanks for the encouragement!
