I bought a box of quarters today (1st box) from my dump bank that I've never bought quarters from before. If i return them to another branch, is it safe to continue buying quarters from there if I don't dump them there, and just dump halves there?

I've got to believe many banks rely on string, brinks, etc for their coins, so i'm not necessarily getting my dump coins back.

From what I gather, banks have their own vaults. So BofA will all use the same vault, Citibank will use theirs etc. If you dump into your bank, it will get counted, reboxed and put back into the vault. You will then start doing your old dumps all over again, diluting your ability to pull silver. I do not pull from my dump banks in the way of boxes. I will pull bags from them that I know I dumped nothing into and search those and take to another dump bank. I have specific dump banks and specific pull banks so that I get through to the older material faster.

Others may have a different method.

I routinely buy from the same bank but different branches and have never gotten my CWR back.

Dont presume to understand the coin pool system (I stopped trying lol). I have been dumping RELIGIOUSLY into one bank, and the halves boxes I pull from that bank consistently produce. Just pulled about an OZ of silver from them today out of 2 boxes. There are things going on in the system we can not understand unless a representative explains them to us. My 2c.
