Do you think changing your email in paypal would make it secure no it don't.

They still take payments from Anti Malware using your old email address . The anti malware site don't have my new email address yet they went to paypal with my old email and took out money. I thought changing my email would make it safe from this type of things. Well i called the malware co. and they refunded my money.
