a cop is staking out an inter section and he see's a guy slow down all most to a stop but then rolls right threw the intersection. the cop pulls him over and in stead of giving him a ticket he lets him go with a warning.the next day the cop is at the same intersection, here comes the same guy he slows down all most to a stop but roll rite through. the cop pulls him over a gain and reads him the riot act but lets him go.the next day the cop is in the same spot and the same guy comes buy slows all most to a stop but rolls through the intersection now the cop is mad he pulls over the car,pulls the guy out of the car,and takes his billy club and starts smacking the guy over the head with it and says would you like me to stop or just slow down.
