Does anyone have a good pouch to use underwater when diving with scuba??

Ditto on the small mesh bags. I sometimes also carry a "Lobster Bag." It is a larger bag witha wire opening that closes that I would place larger items. Always carry a small lift bag too incase you find a anchor you need to keep for resale.

I use a pint Tupperware container with a screw on lid. Drill the sucker full of holes and cut n X in the top. Attach to nylon cord and a brass snap-clip yo weight belt. Works for me

Any of these suggestions work great, except I would attach them to my BC instead of my weightbelt. If you have to ditch the weightbelt in an emergency, your finds go with it to the bottom. I also wouldn't want anything that would snag on me if I did have to dump the weightbelt in an emergency. That is why they tell you to strap your dive knife to the inside of your leg, so the belt won't catch it and drag you to the bottom. I use a small zippered mesh bag that attaches to a "D" ring inside the pocket of my BC.

If you have a dive shop that carries zeagle gear, you can't beat the add on pouches.
As a former instructor and ship wreck inst. these are the safest, most secure.
It doesn't hurt that they don't cost alot either.

I had a friend, who is a machinist, build one out of a clear lexan tube. He capped one end and put a threaded top on the other with a loop for a key ring and duel ended plunger clip. It's about an inch in diameter and 6 inches long. I would think you could build something similar with PVC piping, not clear but would work the same. I too hook mine to my BC. The only trick to it is that you need to fill it with water when you first submerge (or it floats). I only put my rings and older coins in it. The rest (clad and garbage) go into the integrated pouch in my BC.

The 9 inch by 11 inch Treasure Pouch is made of 100% rust proof materials. The front and back panels are made of indestructible waterproof Dupont Cordura. In between the panels are two pockets with 9 inch marine zippers. Drainage is provided through rubber coated Nylon mesh. (The same mesh 18 wheelers use to retain rocks while traveling down the highway).

* The front pocket is for treasure, and is designed so only YOU know what treasures it holds. No “glint of gold” for wandering eyes to see. Water drains from the front (treasure) pocket into the rear (trash) pocket and out the bottom. The back panel is waterproof so if used for land hunting, muddy trash will not bleed through onto your pants or leg.

* The Treasure Pouch is sewn to a rustproof belt. This design feature was added to enable the user to zip and unzip the treasure pocket with one hand. (Because one hand is holding a detector).

* The Treasure Pouch comes with a waterproof box, big enough to hold car keys, credit cards, identification, etc. The waterproof box comes with a lifetime guarantee and will not leak to a depth of 100 feet. The box is housed in a zippered pocket made of Dupont Cordura, that can be positioned anywhere on the belt.
cost if i remember about $35.00
