Does anyone have any idea which rocks these are ?

I am trying to find a good spot in my stream to pan for gold. I am new at it so I am not exactly sure what to look for. Does anything stick out to you as a good indicator on where to start my panning ? I think one of these is quartz but I am not too sure as I am a beginner. I also got a few red rocks and one with some black spots in it. Any ideas what they are ? I took them from different bends in the stream. Please help. Thank you !
