Does anyone know how I can remove this piece

I saw this, what I believe is kidney ore hematite, and wasn’t able to try to collect it due to a storm coming in. But I was a little scared due to the fact I had to go underneath a boulder to try and remove anyways. We are going back to the area this weekend and am wondering if anyone has any input on how to do this with the most safety precautions?

Take a buddy along and test the stability of the rocks overhead with a long pry, if they are solid then some gloves/safety glasses and a pointed chisel and hammer. The surrounding host rock looks like it'll break out fairly easy, large grains, and just carefully knock out the sample or a bit of it for your collection.
