🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Does anyone know what this wreath would’ve been to? It appears to be for a sash, but I’m not sure what the tongue would’ve looked like.

It does look to be a sash buckle

It looks to be a buckle tongue, possibly held a decoration in the centre.
