i sent them an email asking the same thing. I was told no plans to do so at this time.

Odds are slim to none. With the 6", 11" and 15" by Minelab judging by past models any other sizes will most likely be after market 3rd party.

I frankly haven't found a need for any other sizes......well......maybe something over 20 inches that's as light as the 6 inch! :laughing7:

I'm set with the current offerings.

I can tell you what the 15 inch hit that 8 pound cannon ball like 2 feet deep IMG_0437.webpIMG_0380.webpIMG_0379.webp

I tend to agree that we shouldn’t expect any, unless coiltek does so in cooperation with minelab.

Minelab is missing the market/sales by not producing an 8" coil. It is hard for lots of tectors to use the 6" a lot, even though the six works similar to an 8". jm2c

I would love an 8" coil for my Nox, to me they are THE best coinshooting size. But, I have e-mailed Minelab several times, and Coiltec and SunRay and none said they have plans for any in the near future. Minelab peeves me since they made a better selection of coils on some of their other machines and make an 8" for the Vanquish. Perhaps the more that e-mail Minelab customer service it will get through to them. Customer service told me "the engineers are aware of a demand" but nothing was being done about it.

I have an XP Orx and Nox 600
I would use the Nox more if it had a 9” round or 10”x 7” elliptical. This I’m sure of. The 11” is great but not in certain circumstances

I’d love to see a 5x10 eclipse DD. you could do tight spots and cover more area faster. But that’s not gonna happen.
The 6” is too small and the 11” is to big in some situations.
But don’t ask me because I’ve only been detecting for 50 years.
