Does This Nickel Show Genuine Doubling?

Looks worn, I dont see any doubleing but its not really close enough to see it either unless its pretty severe.
 

Some of the time the nickle dies will become worn, giving a mushy look to the lettering. That's all it is, not doubling. Sorry.

If there is any doubling it is machine doubling, no real value.

No doubling. It's a beat up slot machine nickel. The lettering has been hammered by other coins hitting it and spreads it out like that.
