Dog Tag Found 11/19/08

The tag was found in 3 inches of dirt. I think in very good condition to be 86 years old. It is my first tag that I have ever found. Does anyone know if they have value to them on the market. I know it has alot of value for me just because it is my first. Also can anyone tell me how to find info on the owner and dog.
