OK, my first impression was a 1786 Maris 14-J, Rarity 1, Very Common, and the J reverse was confirmed by two collectors and I am fairly certain the shape of the mane on the Horse head is a Maris 14. It is the 64th of that variety in my survey of over 1400 ID'd by variety.
