Well normally this is a "Scottish Rite" pin... err that is... with the pyramid "upright"...
Also known as a Scottish Freemasonry symbol...
I will do a few searches.

Ok ... I was right.
This is what I said it is.
Not sure what the "inverted" pyramid verses upright difference is.

Maybe the pyramid is right side up and the eagles are supposed to be upside down.....or maybe not....

I've been looking at images for the 32nd degree and found some with the pyramid inverted, but no explanation.

The upright triangle represents fire, upside down-water. All references to alchemy, an integral part of Masonic ritual. I called a lawyer I know who's a Mason.
