Howdy Folks!
I ain't posted here in a longish time, and decide this is where I oughtta spend
my time. Long story, not a happy one, so lets just let it slide with that.

Anyhow, I'm back and expect to be posting real regular like. You see, I tend to
find gold and silver quite frequently. Just ask anybody who hunts with me, and
they can tell you that I go out expecting to find gold or silver and seldom come
home disappointed. With gold hitting around $1,114 per ounce, I'm gunning for
all the gold I can muster!

Tonight I hit two places that usually produce. Very little was found at the first
location, so I mosied over to the second one. This particular location is one I
haven't hunted in several weeks, and it panned out pretty good for me.

My take on clad was a bit meager, but hey, I got gold so it ain't so bad!
4 Quarters = $1.00
7 Nickels = $0.35
10 Dimes = $1.00
40 Pennies = $0.40
1 Kennedy = $0.50
Total = $3.25
Coin Count = 62 Coins.

In addition, I found 2 RTD (regional transportation district) tokens, assorted
jewelry items, 1 14k gold ring (infant size) and 1 14k earring.

Like I said, I got 2 gold items tonight, so that ain't bad.

I really wanted to get this hunt in before the storms start later tonight.
Tomorrow should bring rain and snow. I've heard they expect 1 to 3 inches
of the white fluffy stuff around here, just in time for a 3 day weekend that
ain't gonna pan out too well if the forecast holds!

Thanks for Lookin,
Blessings,
M-Taliesin

Very nice finds, I was borne and lived in Aurora from 1942 to 1965 out by Fitsimons Army Hospital at that time we were out in the prairie on a 2 acre parcel. How times change!

Howdy Pard!
A foot? That'd be nice! The weather service has warnings for tomorrow.
They indicate we may get between 8 to 16 inches!!!

What I need is a snow blower attached to my detector shaft!

Howdy Pardner!
Well, nice of you to say!
After a month where I got some gold, it was less than anticipated.
Hopefully I'll be able to sell some toward the end of the year so I can
get a specific gold machine and training for 3 days in the desert of
Nevada. Pipster and me tried hunting for nuggets and ended up
noting one of us might need to get some training. So I am fixin' to
do that and share what I learn with Pip.

Thanks for writing!

Howdy Chris!
And now that you've posted, I guess I have a clue now why pickin's have been slim!
Do you figure maybe there is somebody getting there before either of us?

Glad to meet ya pard! Aurora being pretty large and all, what part of town are you in?
I'm up near Colfax and Airport Blvd.

Blessings,
