Double Radar bill?

Thanks to this forum I have been keeping my eye out for unique serial numbers, I scored this one at the corner store.
I think it's called a double, and since it repeats twice is that a double radar? or half radar.
And the last number is raised, so a slight error?
Either way I like it and will add it to my small collection of bills.

I've seen that called a birthday bill. Someone with the birthdate of 12-21-1979 might be willing to pay a few extra bucks for it.
