I recently got a tip on a site that had a 1700's house on it and decided to head out one evening for about an hour. The heat has been horrible in SC recently, and that's about all the time I have before I become a puddle.
First signal was a KGIII copper. Right off the bat, this place exceeded my expectations. Then, a few holes later, I dig an SC button. The yard was really badly infested with iron, so I had to go over it very slowly with the small coil. By doing that, I found yet another SC button in the midst of the ferrous metals.

Reference: (Left) SC13A1 "Scovill. Mg. Co/Waterbury" (Right) SC7A1 "Scovill. Mg. Co/Waterbury"(?)

I ended the day with a bale seal and was very satisfied with my finds. Not bad for an hour hunt.
HH and thanks for looking!
