For metal detecting, check the red circle areas.

I wondered if there might be some coarse native gold, was getting too many hits to be just coins/relics. The red circles are for hits you should be able to pick up with a metal detector 2 ft or less deep. In case, I'd stick with a gold detector.

Here is a spot you might try other prospecting methods, yellow for native gold.

This looks like a good spot to prospect.

N Georgia had good nugget hunting places, I saw a photo once of a 17 1/2 lb. quartz gold nugget found with a Garrett detector in mid 1990s. A few of those circles are green (for archaeological) and were already there, spot must of been worked in the past.

If it can help any, I put a black circle around areas, where the signals seemed to be most concentrated.

Red still should be the largest shallow, yellow could be shallow or deeper, black a concentration point.

The more you crop down, the better the gold in pan looks, I'd like to see lbs. of it.

Yes, the dredge should speed up the gold recovery. Thanks for the new pics. I wanted to crop them down more, but not quite as sharp.....probably because the gold is so bright making the color detail wash out. You might have to take the close ups on an overcast day.
