Can you try to fix the images?
It could be a part from an old square baler or something but there's not enough shown.

Ok, they opened on my end, but I ran into this trouble before. I will try to get to Stronger WiFi. Sorry about the inconvenience.

Maybe a pipe flange?

Maybe a pipe flange?

Thanks, this thing seems to be made of steel just like the very hard and very heavy steel of a railroad track.
Also with just three bolts to hold it, seems as though they would have more to be a pipe flange. Maybe not. Thanks cudamark !!

Well I had one more guess from a local, but after Googling I'm wondering about it since it doesn't have a recession lip for the manhole cover.

Antique tractor wheel weight.

Man this thing is mysterious. I had sent the owner of the field a few pics of this thing and since he didn't live there by this land he just replied manhole ring. Maybe he's just taking a wild guess. So I've got three good possibilities. Tractor tire weight, pipe flange, and a manhole ring. I'm still checking the internet for a definite match. If there is such a thing out there as a definite match.

Thank you!!

Dude. NO question this is a wheel weight.

Dude, I appreciate your enthusiasm but the ones you show me on the fence are not anything that looks like this one. If one of those had looked exactly like this one then it would be a ringer. Thanks for your expertise.
