So, to start things off slow, I went to the bank to get 3 rolls of halves. The teller had to go to the vault to get a tray out. Sh eknew what I was up to and let me pick which 3 rolls I wanted. I was going to wait until the kids got home before I looked at them... Well, my transaction at the teller's window wasn;t over before I was opening them up. I peaked in the first one and there was a red on JFK's face. I said "CRAP" and everyone in the bank looked at me. So I opened the other two rolls right there at the window. Skunked. The teller and I then went through the other 7 rolls and talked a bit. Nothing. She asked me for a dime and handed over a 1949 that she had found the day before. She told me to come back every week...*joy*

She did say she keeps the large dollar coins for "offical tooth fairy business".

I forgot to add that she took my 3 rolls back and gave back my $30 in bills.

What you might want to do is when you are at other banks ask for the Ike dollars. If you can find any and there are any you do not want to keep, sell them to her. That would help her find some and sow a little more good will with her.
