Dredge nozzle in reverse

I have been unsuccessfully trying to make a pvc dredge nozzle that works. It will not push any water at all. That is until I used it as power jet attached directly to my sluice. It works great even at half throttle. I have attached a picture if anyone is interested.

the device you have HAS TOBE under water to work to keep water! youve got to keep water at the point of where you creat the suction or itll never be primed!and theres got tobe a restricttion at where the hipressure line contects to your "T" to boost the pressure to gain a vacumn on you bigger line!
